Can I Purchase Products Wholesale?

WHERE IS ANM Marketplace LOCATED?
We are located in Glendale Arizona USA. Sellers are located throughout the United States.
CAN PRODUCTS BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED?
Buyers have three (3) days to request a refund if they refund meet our refund requirement the item(s) must be returned to the seller. After the seller receives the returned item(s) a refund is processed to buyer. Item’s are only elgible for a return if the item(s):
Refunds are only approved based on these criterias:
- Item(s) arrived damaged
- Item(s) not received as described.
- If order shows Delivered to address by shipping carrier you are not eligible for a refund. (we advised you to check with neighbors, outside home etc.)
If your order was shipped to you and you failed to communicate with the mail carrier to arrange properly to get your product(s) after several failed attempts you will receive store credit to purchase the same item(s) over. You will not receive the shipping fee back. * We are not responsible for a incorrect address that your order is being shipped to, nor are we responsible if you are shipping to a third party carrier/facility and they do not operate during the hours the mail carriers arrive.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM DAMAGED?
You will need to reach out to the seller and show proof of the item(s) damaged.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
We recommend that our sellers have your products shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase is made.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT(S)?
Typically within 1-10 days days but due to the unprecedented pandemic throughout the world there has been a delay in products being delivered.
DOES ANM Marketplace HAVE LOCAL DELIVERY?
Our Local Delivery is currently being provisioned with great changes which is expected to take place the winter of 2022 and will start locally in Phoenix Arizona.
GIFT CARD POLICY
You may use Anm Marketplace gift card for payment only at Anmmarketplace.com This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Anointing Metuaka is not responsible for any unauthorized card use. This card cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced. All sales are final with gift cards (refunds are not allowed). The gift card does not expire; therefore there is not a set time frame for it to be used to purchase merchandise from ANM Marketplace. Phone cards can not be purchased with E-gift cards.

How Do I Become A Wholesale Member?
To become a wholesale member we monitor how much your are buying by the bulk in a 30 day span. We will notify you if we have made you a wholesale member as you will save more buying by the bulk as a wholesale member. If for some reason you are not made a wholesale member and you feel that you have met the criteria please contact us by creating a support ticket or by speaking with a live customer service representative.

What is My Wallet?
My wallet allows customers to store their money in a digital wallet. The money can be used to purchase products from the store. Money can be added to your wallet using various payment methods. You can access my wallet by clicking here.
How Do I Receive Money For Referrals?
By going to Account > Wallet > Referrals and by copying your Referring URL and have your referrals to visit. You can get your referral link by clicking here. (You’re eligible to receive $10 every 30 days, funds will go to your wallet and can only be used on Anmmarketplace.com)
Where Do I Find my Coupons?
If you have special coupons that only you can use towards your purchase(s) you will find them by going to My Account > My Coupons.
