    This is an easy way to make healthy pancakes. I add a couple tablespoons of ground flax to increase the fiber content. After much experimenting, I finally have the hang of making two nicely browned and crisp around the edges pancakes. I use avocado oil and medium heat in a thick stainless steel pan and make sure the batter is neither too thick or thin.

    The serving size says 1/2 cup(50g). This is for COOKED pancakes, not for the mix. You’ll find that 1/2 a cup of mix weighs much more than 50g. Two 4″ pancakes weigh about 50g. I bought a pancake pan(“Cainfy Pancake Pan Maker” here on Amazon) that has four 4″ molds in it so I can make perfectly portioned pancakes. With 1 cup of mix I can make 8 pancakes / 4 servings.They taste just like regular pancakes. I’m trying to keep my carbs low-ish so I skip the syrup and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to 1 cup of mix. Add a few scrambled eggs to your plate and you’ve got yourself a very filling meal.

    Excellent High Protein Pancakes. Soft & Flakey. 100% Delicious. I used 2% milk instead of water. Came out very thick. I admit I had a hard time making them look pretty. Best Pancakes we ever had.

    I bought these because I’m doing WW. They’re 9 points (on green) for 5 pancakes or 2 waffles. Theyre are the most normal tasting that I’ve tried and the lost point count. This morning I made Belgian waffles because that’s what I wanted for mothers day. Just simply followed the directions and they came out perfect. No crazy overnight prep like a normal Belgian waffle which makes them even better. I’ve added a little vanilla extract and splenda at times, but it makes them flat and does t really add anything to them. Overall thrilled!

    Let me preface this with I am NOT a big pancake fanatic – but this mix has me hooked! It makes pancakes that are slightly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of texture on the inside. They don’t have that flour-y and/or gritty taste you get with a lot of other mixes (perhaps thanks to the protein blend used here?). Anyway, these are seriously good pancakes and two people can make quite a few breakfasts or BFD’s out of this (Breakfast For Dinner).

    I’m not much of a pancake fan but my trainer asked me to add these to my meal plan. The mix actually tastes great and they’re super filling. I don’t even need butter or syrup! I have ordered this mix multiple times now and never been disappointed.

    Omg. I’m training for a bikini competition and hitting healthy carb macros gets tough…these pancakes are AMAZING. First, they tastebetter than any other pancake mix. Second, They don’t make you feel heavy and bloated. Third, just add water. Freaking easy.I literally eat these everyday other than my rest days, where I am a carb deprived hot mess. I add sprinkles to the top while cooking and eat them plain. They taste like cake donuts 😋 so good.

    This protein mix is hard to find in stores during the COVID quarantine, so I finally just ordered it online. I love it so much! I add walnuts, chia seeds and dark chocolate chips. I make a big batch at the start of the week so I can eat for breakfast through the week. SO yummy and the high protein content is a major bonus.

    I took a 1/4 cup of the mix and mixed 6 tablespoons of water then poured into a cup and microwave on high for 2 minutes. I topped mine with a drizzle of syrup and a handful of pecans. Anything you want on your pancake is possible!! Get some coffee and grab a pancake in a cup… relax. Enjoy!

    Really high protein content for a pancake mix and without a doubt, incredibly filling pancakes which can be used as batter for waffles too! I cannot live without Birch Benders Protein Pancake mix. The consistency behaves perfectly in the pan every time and I’m not clawing around looking for more food within 2 hours of eating these. Taste absolutely magical – regular pancakes will bore the hell out of you after eating these – YES even the most gourmet. Fantastic product, couldn’t ask for more: I run 4x a week and weightlift 4x a week, these are unquestionably my breakfast staple every single day! Always have 4 bags on hand just in case!
