These were the BEST Dark Chocolate Chip morsels for my cookie!! The morsels were not overpowering in the overall cookie. These Dark chocolate chips are the perfect size. The taste was so decadent with each bite of my cookie. I did not choose to use the whole 12 oz bag in a 2-cup flour portion recipe. Seriously, these were the BEST results that I have ever had in using Dark Chocolate Chips. I just ordered the milk chocolate version today. Happy Baking.

I was surprised at how good these tasted. I was expecting them to taste like the Hersey’s Special Dark candy bar. It does not. It taste more like the dark chocolate kisses. They were so good, I ate more than I cooked with. Next time I will order a bag for me, and a bag for the cookies.
