I’m not gluten free but had to try one and they were as good, if not better than the store boxed cake mixes. Just as easy to use as store bought mixes. No “special” ingredients needed. Bake the same as store bought. Fun confetti colors that stayed well distributed in the cupcakes and did not sink to the bottom. Cupcake was moist. Price I thought was a little high but its King Arthur and a gluten free product so that is where the higher price may have came in. Worth the buy.

Been gf for 6 years, and always miss sweets. This makes by far the best gf cake I’ve ever had. This beats out every other box brand or store bought or super fancy gf bake shop I have ever tried. Will be stocking up on more. Truly cannot believe this was gluten free.

Our daughter-in-law is on a GF diet, a teacher friend gave her a box of this mix for Christmas. Since our granddaughter’s birthday was coming up and she wanted vanilla, we ordered another box of this Confetti mix. My husband tweaked the recipe some (added buttermilk), and it was delicious, moist, and colorful! Our granddaughter loved the way the cake turned out, and our daughter-in-law enjoyed a big piece of cake 🙂

King Arthur’s GF cake mixes are by far the best. I prefer them over regular mixes now as they have the perfect crumb. I started using them because one person in my family is GF but I only told her it was GF and no one else. Everyone complimented on it and said how good the cupcakes were. No one could tell and my GF family member was so happy she could have it too! Seriously, just the best!

Great flavor. Easy to modify if needed. I added blueberry to one of my cake pans to go with a lemon curd and raspberry jam fillings. Would use again.

I have 2 celiac kids, so we have a gf home. In my experience, most mixes are made for smaller batches, probably because they assume that those eating gf are in the minority… but this mix is DA BOMB! A full 9×13 pan cake! It also tastes AMAZING! My kids keep begging me to make more, and I keep telling them we will… for the upcoming birthdays. (We have about 5 coming up in the next couple months) highly recommend! Now I know why my hubby’s aunt swears by King Arthur brand gf baking mixes and flour!

This cake mixes never fails me, I do add to the recipe to make it more bakery style, I use milk and add pudding maybe some sour cream, it all depends what I have. Although you don’tneed to do that with this cane mix. it alwsys comes out delicious and moist, just remember not to over bake.

I’m a baker by trade, but sometimes I want the convenience of a pre-made mix while baking at home. With my family’s sensitivities to gluten and dairy, however, it’s hard to find a cake mix that tastes good, while also being “safe.” Out of all the mixes we’ve tried, the King Arthur gluten free mixes have been the best.We usually get the plain vanilla, but my kids saw the confetti and were excited to try it. It didn’t rise as high as our usual mix, but honestly that could have been our fault for overmixing. It happens. The taste was great, however, and as with all the other King Arthur mixes, the texture was the closest to a conventional non gluten free cake.I can’t speak highly enough of these mixes! True, they’re pricier than other mixes, but in my opinion the quality is worth it.

I used this mix to make my child’s cake for her 4th birthday, because I have celiac disease, and nobody could tell it was gluten free. Compliments up and down about how amazing it tasted, and I definitely plan on getting this mix again! It was so simple and easy to make!
