    Delicious. Very similar to regular bread using the recipe on the back.However, it only makes one very small loaf. So that’s a $16 small loaf of bread that you have to make yourself.Yummy, but not $16 yummy.

    I have tried this product and it has come the closest to producing a chocolate chip cookie on par with regular flour. If you are doing keto or low carb, I would say try it. That being said, buying a product that is supposed to emulate regular flour is a risk. People have very different opinions about after-taste, texture, etc.You are not buying 10 pounds of the stuff. You will get to try about two to three recipes from the bag. It’s worth the risk of $10 to find a flour substitute that you like. It is still cheaper than buying pre-made products. I suggest the KAF website’s chocolate chip cookie recipe. Start there and see what you think. I think the $10 gamble is worth it.

    Great product WILL NOT KICK YOU OUT OF KETOSIS. Good product use like normal flour. Dont listen to the diet zealots. Keto diet has to do with going in to ketosis and carb consumption. Yes this is a refind product but has little carbs as it is high in wheat protien gluten. I made burgers last night with thd bread I made and a sandwich today. I just measured and im still at very high ketones. As long as you are monitoring your total daily carb intake (duh) it wont kick you out of ketosis. I stay under 20 carbs a day including this product no issues. DONT LISTEN TO THE WHACKADOOS.

    First, I know it’s hard, but you really can’t compare keto / low carb baked goods to those made with regular white flour. That said, this is pretty darn close. I made flour tortillas adapted from a recipe for regular flour tortillas I found online. It is particularly important to WEIGH ingredients for keto baking recipes. Get a good scale. If you’re doing keto / low carb you need one.Does it have a bit of a weird taste? Yes. But by the time I put in the sour cream, taco beef, and hot sauce, I couldn’t taste it. I was in heaven. For 9 net carbs I had 2 decent sized burritos.NOTE: This is not gluten free. It has regular wheat flour in it. But it is low carb and high protein. It’s also expensive. But to have tortillas on keto, for me, it’s worth it. Much better than the store bought low carb products with goodness knows what’s in it. Highly recommended!

    Love, love, love. The Keto Police will tell ypu that because this has wheat, “it’s not keto,” but that’s not what I care about. I eat low carb as a tool for diabetes management, and this is a godsend. The wheat flavor is strong and delightful. I’ve made biscuits, pancakes, and the bread recipe on the bag (into buns), and all have turned out well. Yeasted dough does not seem to rise as well as standard flour, but that might be my yeast. Resulting baked goods are chewy and delightfully browned. I can’t wait to try bagels!

    I love this flour. It is the best keto flour I have used. I am excited of the possibilities of baking yeast baked goods. I recently made a Kentucky butter cake for a wedding and it was made with this flour and sugar free sugar. This cake rose nicely and I was able to use my recipe that I used for the wedding cake and just swap the flour. I received rave reviews for this cake. I wish I could get this in larger quantities.

    I recently made a non keto recipie of Down Home East Maine Pumpkin Bread. I also used the King Author sugar substitute half and half with Boca Sweet sweetener. I am very pleased with the texture and flavor of the recipie and am enjoying the third loaf today. My only issue is that it bakes darker faster than regular flour. I intend to decrease the temperature 25°F and bake 10 minutes longer to help combat the over browning.My only complaint is how small the bags are and how expensive each bag is. I would gladly purchase in 5 or 10 pound bags for a discount of 30-40% or so.I am however very thankful for a keto alternative that has a texture so similar to regular flour without the coarseness of Almond flour or the dryness of coconut flour. If you want a keto alternative to your favorite baked goods this is the one you want. I have been on and off Keto/ THM diet for the past 4 years. I am kind of excited to go back to it knowing I can make my favorites again guilt free.

    I’ve been doing keto for about 3 years and I’ve tried many different things to emulate the flour based products I was missing. I fried some fish with it today and I can’t detect any weird taste when using it as a coating to fry with. It’s expensive, but I love fried food and I can use this to enjoy the foods I love without cheating. Amazing!
