This is my favorite GF flour blend (and I’ve tried a lot!). I can swap it out in any recipe with no problems – my family doesn’t even notice. My only complaint is the price – I wish GF flour wasn’t so expensive.

This is just the best GF mix! I am also intolerant to corn so this mix meets my needs. My cookies turn out perfectly every time. Cakes are fluffy and moist, not dry and crumbly like so many others. Tomorrow I’ll be trying a quick bread and I have no doubt it will be perfect.

I used this flour to make gluten free crepes for my d-i-l and regular flour for the rest of the family. I couldn’t taste a big difference between the two. The gluten free worked very well. The only downside is it is more expensive since it is a specialty item and the bag isn’t very big so it doesn’t go very far. Still I would buy it again since it worked so well.

I always get king Arthur flour. Its the best gluten free flour in my opinion. The size was very small so I wouldn’t order it again instead I’ll go to the store. Its cheaper.

I have cut gluten recently out of my diet and have had some hits and misses with different products, in taste, texture, and the effect they had on my stomach. This stuff is fabulous, you don’t need to add anything to it, measure for measure it’s just like flour. Made the banana bread muffins recipe on the back of the package, added a little Greek yogurt as I was short half a banana – my daughter absolutely loved them! Win win win.

I hate having to be gluten free but having this flour makes my tastebuds happy. For the most part I notice very little difference and in some cases my food is even more tasty than the way I remember regular flour tasting.

As it’s gluten free and hello? gluten is what develops the bread consistency and crumb and raise, it nonetheless made a pretty decent, good tasting. low rise loaf of bread. I used the Zojirushi gluten loaf setting. (That I had to program on homestyle setting as it’s an older model) Took them at their word and “measure for measure” used the KA flour in a recipe for gluten free that used more flour than every other darn recipe I found. Maybe that made a difference. 3 and 3/4 cups instead of the 3 1/4 Cups found everywhere else. No eggs, no vinegar. Just flour water little milk, sugar salt yeast butter. Good!

This baking mix was excellent and so much easier than making my own. While it isn’t cheap, neither is buying the individual flours and making your own mix. This is much easier and the results were so close to “real” gluten laden what flour. My friend with Celiacs was thrilled. I would purchase this product again when I need to bake GF.

This is the BEST gluten free flour I’ve ever used. It’s worth the price! There’s no mixing different kinds of flour together to make one batch. The bag is resealable, which is super handy. I’ve found I’ve had to use less flour with this brand than most others (rice + tapioca + almond, etc and xantham gum). If you’ve baked much gluten free stuff, you know that if you’re going off of a non-GF recipe, you usually need more of the GF flour than the recipe. This flour is VERY close to any recipe you’re using. And it’s not grainy.

This is the best flour alternative for a gluten free diet. I have tried many other brands and this is by far the best. You can use it in your recipes just as you would use all purpose flour. The texture is great and not grainy like some of the other brands. The taste is also great. I cook and bake with it. My friends cant tell the difference.
