Most nights, ingesting 1 TBSP works well to reduce number of nightly trips to restroom to void, thus providing for better sleep overall. And my research indicated it does not raise lipid levels and is heart healthy

I’ve been using La Tourangelle Grapeseed Oil for several years now and love it! It has a high smoke point and is “neutral” — doesn’t add any distinctive flavor notes. It works great for general sautéing (does a wonderful job browning chicken, for example). I also use it for oven-roasted veggies (toss potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, whatever I have on hand with a little oil and some herbs, then load onto a sheet pan and roast until tender). Economical, too — will continue to purchase this as long as it’s available on Amazon.

The taste is really good. My mom uses it for symptoms of interstitial cystitis, and she says it helps. It also helps her with a bladder ulcer. I will reorder again today.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this to make my go-to deep hair conditioning treatment and LOVE IT. It makes my hair much softer than other oils (coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, etc)… and the smell is very pleasant, though I do mix with a few drops of peppermint oil. It’s thick and high quality – check out my video review to see the color, viscosity, etc. A little goes a long way. If you are getting this to eat/ingest, I’m sure it’s great, too. Also, the price is right. Highly recommend!

I purchased this mostly for reseasoning my cast iron pans. I found a 14″ flat pan in my cupboard that was about 100 years old and I hadn’t used it for about 40 years. The pan had some rust, mostly on the bottom so I scrubbed it up and used the grapeseed oil to season it three times in the oven. Now it’s perfectly ready for making pizza or use over the campfire.Grapeseed oil has a high smoke temperature so I could crank the oven up to 450° without smoking up the house. It is also good for the skin although I haven’t used it for that yet but I might try it.The tin can that the oil comes in is cute but the pour spout isn’t very useful. I had to used pliers to open it but I was expecting that after reading some of the reviews. The problem is that when you pour the oil always gets oil on the top of the can and so you have to wipe it off, wasting a little bit every time you pour. The can was packaged very well. In a pillowcase like bubble rap that I had never seen before. It shows that someone pays attention to the reviews about the can getting dented in shipping. This was certainly not the case in my order.

This is my new favorite cooking oil. Living in the Appalachian mountains, I wanted to use a cooking oil that has some connection to where I live and grapes can grow here (although I know this product is not from my area). Sunflowers also grow here, but grape seed oil has some benefits. It is wonderful for circulation and I hear it can help heal varicose and spider veins. It doesn’t have to be refined or anything to tolerate the high heat, it’s just naturally a high-heat oil. You only need a little bit too so it lasts a long time.

I use this brand of Grapeseed oil with my essential Oil Blends, it is great with sensitive skin. I blend it with all my Aromatherapy products. However, if you bake this oil is unbelievable, moist and light.

I use this as a base oil for my homemade essential oil face serum. This oils is great! I was a little worried about the purity and if it would cause me to breakout. I’ve read that if an oil isn’t good or has impurities it can cause you to breakout. This one did not cause me to breakout at all. It has made my skin LESS oily, I can’t believe it! In fact my friends and family have been commenting on how great my skin looks. I have acne prone, oily, sun damaged skin. This oil has been a great addition to my skincare regimine.

Scientific studies have shown that the healthiest oils are rich in Polyunsaturated fats because they contain omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, which lower “bad” (low-density lipoproteins) cholesterol and increase “good” (high-density lipoproteins) cholesterol and Monounsaturated fats.Grapeseed oil is high in polyunsaturated fats and vitamin E. It has a high smoke point, which makes it a good substitute for olive or vegetable oil. It has a clean, light taste (virtually flavorless) allowing other ingredients (such as balsamic vinegar), to shine.La Tourangelle’s Grapeseed oil is expeller-pressed and free of any chemicals, and 100% natural. It is pale in color and flavorless. I have been using it daily (for the past 8 years), for all my cooking needs from frying, to sautéing, to baking and it is superb! It is a safer and healthier alternative to the genetically modified, and chemically processed, Canola oil which is also used as bio diesel!Overall it is an excellent neutral oil that is good for all your cooking needs and beneficial to your health! Grade A+

I love grapeseed oil for cooking, seasoning and oil cleansing. For some reason a lot of grapeseed oil is processed with hexane, even from brands that boast all their other oils are cold pressed. Very pleased that this grapeseed oil is expeller pressed and hexane free. Grapeseed oil may not have much flavor but I can taste this is superior to other brands. Love that the container is BPA free and opaque. The price is amazing for the quality and quantity.
