    I love this brand of blanched almond flour! It is a great value. I go through a lot of almond flour on my grain-free diet. This 3lbs bag serves my baking needs well. The taste is great. I have used this almond flour to make diabetic friendly breads, cakes, cookies, pie crusts and even homemade almond cheese. I am always pleased with the results. This is a regular staple in my pantry.

    I have been following the PaleoDiet on & off for years, but continue to bake with almond flour instead of wheat flour even when I am not being as strict with the other areas of the diet. I really like almond flour over almond meal for taste and texture of my final product. This used to be so hard to find 4-5 years ago when I began my paleo journey, it’s so encouraging to find how many new options are out there. It’s also great because now with more items available, I feel like companies have had to step up their game to improve their quality and price.

    Because we’ve begun eating mostly keto now, this low-carb almond flour has become our go-to flour. It makes delicious pancakes! We also use it to fry chicken in the air-fryer. We’re going to try making a cake with it soon enough. We don’t even consider white flour anymore. It’s become a staple in our household. We’re eating it MUCH, and watching ourselves lose weight. Win-Win!

    I use this Almont flour daily for most all baking, breading and so on. It makes wonderful biscuits, scones, pancakes, and mug muffins. I made these scones with this almond flour. No longer do I use sugar or wheat. Greatful for this product at a reasonable cost.

    I have already baked with this about 3 times and it was lovely each time! 🙂 it has great flavor and texture and I’m no pro-baker but everything turned out delicious! I highly recommend!

    This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered this brand of almond flour. We use it for our keto breads, breading/coatings, pizza crust, and are just starting to experiment with using it for making desserts.The flavor is great and the texture is soft and fluffy, perfect for cooking and baking! Try mixing about 1/3 cup almond flour with a cup of any flavor crushed pork rinds (try the hot and spicy….yum) and your favorite spices. Dip raw chicken pieces, chicken breast, or chicken strips in egg, then coat in almond flour/pork rind mixture and either pan fry or bake until done. So good!
