    I love Otto’s Organic Cassava Flour. I have tried other brands and my recipes do not come out well. The taste is just “off.” Otto’s taste wonderful. I will never use another brand again.

    I have many allergies and sensitivities and there are not very many pre made things that I can eat. Otto’s cassava flour is pure and not processed in a facility with any other allergens; and I don’t react to it. It is a little more expensive than other brands but you get what you pay for and it is a very high quality product.
