    We love this, my only complaint is that it has rice and we eat a mostly paleo diet, otherwise I would use it all the time.We used plain Greek yogurt (kite hill non-dairy but can’t taste that when cooked), and mix 1:1 (cup) ratio, and it’s the easiest biscuits ever, even better with everything but the bagel seasoning on them. So simple!

    I have used this brand only for pancakes for about 7 or 8 years. I did not use it for bread that is why I did not submit any stars for Versatility. These pancakes are delicious. Sometimes I put blueberries in the batter. Excellent!

    This is the tastiest pancake mix ever (even compared to ones with gluten)! I add 2 eggs, skip the oil and use almond milk instead of water and I add vanilla extract and the pickiest and snobbiest eaters in my family LOVE these! I also use this to make an amazing gluten free cobbler (peach and blackberry)! I have 15 people over once a month for breakfast and everyone asks for these!

    I love this product. I have been using this for pancakes and waffles for years and I like them better than their gluten counterparts (besides the obvious that the gluten full original now makes me very ill as my Celiac disease progresses). This also is great for making gluten free gravies. 1 tbsp of this flour wisked with 1 tbsp of fa like butter, shortning, lard, schmaltz, tallow, bear fat, etc. in a hot pan lifts 1 cup of liquid just like A P. flour does. Aside from flecks in the gravy from the flaxseed meal they put in the resulting gravy is indistinguishable from the gluten variety, delicious, and in most circumstances better than thicenking with corn starch. I reserve the corn starch for sweet glazes or asian style dishes.

    I’ve been using this pancake mix for decades. The original one I used about 15 years ago had buckwheat ingredient and was a little sweater. They have changed ingredients. Taste great, but I do miss the older version.

    I have been informed by the other denizens of my home that they will ONLY eat Pamela’s. No Bobs Red Mill, Birch Benders or GF Kodiac Cakes. I think this is the least healthy option but we only do pancakes once a week so I’ll allow it!
