This cooking spray is one of the FEW things I can use to cook with. I have a soy allergy and most brands (PAM, Great Value, etc.), whether brand name or generic, have soy in them. My reaction is unacceptable and this spray is easy to use and affordable. In fact, where I currently live, Kroger doesn’t have a soy free spray on the shelf. So I buy with Subscribe and Save. 😁💖❤️💯

I’ve tried several top rated oil sprayers that you put your own oil in and I’ve had to return all of them. After just a few sprays, oil comes out in a stream. I wanted to stay away from chemicals and propellants that you find in canned sprays. I also wanted to stick with healthy oils like Coconut and Avocado oil which have a high smoke point.Recently I purchased a Bella Basket Convection Air Fryer. Many foods need no oil at all but some do need just a very light spray of oil to bring out a nice browning or crisping. That renewed my search for the perfect oil spray. I FOUND IT with Pompeian Coconut Oil Cooking Spray and their Avocado Oil Spray. No chemicals and the most perfect fine mist spray I could ask for. You can just tip the can and get little drips, press the sprayer lightly for a small stream, or press the pump firmly for a mist. Spray after spray is always perfect. I’ve put both of these spray oils on Subscribe and Save. Speaking of “save”. It might seem like more money for oil but actually it will save money because you use so much less oil that goes right where you need it. I HIGHLY recommend an air fryer and these Pompeian spray oils are a must!!!

I was looking for a substitute for Pam cooking spray. Pam is Canola oil (rapeseed oil) that has been genetically modified. I wanted something healthier. I have switched to avocado oil (has a neutral flavor) for most of my cooking now. It has the highest smoke point of all oils (the higher the smoke point, the higher temperature you can cook things without it burning or breaking down), so I looked for an avocado oil spray. This one fits the bill. It also is not an aerosol spray can. I’ve begun subscribing so I get a can each month. So glad I found this item.

Pompeian avocado oil non stick cooking spray is really good. It’s 100% avocado oil in a spray container with no propellant or other additives. It’s perfect to use with my Ninja air fryer when I’m cooking fish, chicken, potatoes, stir fry veggies and more. I generally avoid cooking sprays in my pans (especially nonstick cookware) but have been using this spray for pan frying eggs and meat without any scummy residue (at least so far).I prefer avocado oil spray as it has a high smoke point (500 degrees) and doesn’t add any noticeable taste or odor to my food. The amount that streams, sprays or dribbles out is adjustable based on how much pressure I apply to the sprayer with my finger, so I end up using less oil than using other sprays or when I pour from a bottle. This is nonGMO and packed in the USA. This oil tastes fresh and doesn’t expire until 2/23 (just bought it last month). Definitely recommend. Love it. 5 stars.

I’ve been on a hunt for a oil spray and I would get annoyed seeing the brands, even “organic” brands, containing weird preservative or chemicals to make the oil spray out evenly. I even bought the most popular refillable oil sprayer which ended up dripping every time I sprayed. This one distributes the oil evenly and consistently with no mess. I’m so glad I found it. I use it to lightly coat potatoes/other veggies before baking or air frying.

The avacado oil spray is great,. Both flavor and ease of use makes it a great go to. We’re trying to get away from vegetable oil and the like by looking to oils such as olive, grapeseed and avacado. All have proved to be good choices that enhance the foods flavor not taking away from it. And how nice of the company to give us a free can of avacado spray. Haven’t received as of yet but once I do or don’t i will update this post. ENJOY

I love this oil. The coconut oil does not contain soy and the propellant does not mix with your oil. That in and of itself is awesome. I see someone mentioned burning/smoke. Well, the heat tolerance of coconut oil in general is lower than other oils, you have to cook with ALL coconut oils at a lower temperature than olive oil. Look up smoke point of oil. Coconut oil is at about 350 degrees, Extra light Olive oil is about 468 degrees. That is not the fault of this product. There are 2 dispensing options with this oil if you read the side. If you want spray, drip or stream. I have not had any issues with this product. I also cook at lower temperatures and preheat my pan for certain cooking situations.

My nephew is a professional chef in a five star hotel. In a discussion recently I complained about how I smoke up my kitchen whenever I go to sear a sous vide steak in my cast iron skillet. He told me to use avocado oil in the skillet which has a very high smoke point. Works like a charm. Very high heat and no smoke!😀

I bought this online as I fell in love with it in the stores and they stopped carrying it for some reason. It doesn’t harden on me. It’s always in liquid form and is sooo delicious as a cooking spray to use when making pancakes, brownies, etc.I highly recommend the product.
