    My first reason for purchasing this particular brand of grapeseed oil was the size and price — absolutely fabulous. Not to mention the health benefits and recommendations I got from the Dr. Oz show. This is the only oil I use now. I used to use olive oil, but I found its inability to tolerate high heat temperatures was a problem when sauteing or frying. This oil however can tolerate high temperatures. I can fry eggs, dumplings, vegetables, anything without the smoking and burnt smell.

    This is amazing for dry skin. After a few weeks if use, it has turned my crocodile skin into silky smooth. Side note, if you have a dig, they will not stop licking your legs.

    I was so happy to find this grapeseed oil on Amazon! I have found it challenging to find grapeseed oil at the local supermarket—they usually only carry a small bottle for about the same price as this bottle. I had used Pompeian olive oil before and thought it was a good quality and this Grapeseed oil did not disappoint. This works great for high temperature sautéing and is great for stir fry. It does not have a strong flavor so it lets the taste of the food remain true. I will definitely buy this again.

    I bought this oil for its high smoke point. I needed such an oil for grilling fish, chicken, fruits, and veggies indoors. It doe not have much of a flavour on its own—which is a good thing for fruits and veggies. I prefer the flavour of olive oil, but olive oil is not a good choice for grilling in my opinion. It can smoke too easily. I used this grapeseed oil a couple of days ago to grill salmon. Recipe called for a tablespoon, but I thought that would be way too much. I used at most half a tablespoon which was PLENTY. The oil performed as it should do. I bought the largest bottle, but I really should have bought a smaller bottle. I only cook for 1-2 people tops, and small bottle will last me a decade because I do not grill or bake much. I microwave most foods that do not require boiling. If you cook A LOT for several people, you would likely use up the large bottle in no more than 2 years, but if you cook for 1-2 people, you do not need this massive bottle.My one complaint is that the oil made the entire house smell of cooked oil. The odour was the smell of cooked oil because that is what it was–cooked oil–, and whilst I do not blame the oil for this, I must say I really dislike the smell, and the odour of all cooked oils lingers for days if not weeks. I have never liked the smell of any oil used for grilling or frying. I am desensitised to the odour right now because I have been in the house with it for more than three days, but I am sure anyone coming in from outside would find it very noticeable. It is the price you pay for grilling/frying, unfortunately, especially fish which leaves its own odour in the house. People grill outdoors for many reasons, and I am sure odour is one of them.I suggest you ignore a recipe that instructs you to use a tablespoon or more to grill 1-2 pieces of fish or meat, much less fruit and veggies. Half a tablespoon is really too much for one nice sized piece of fish or meat. It is more to clean up afterward, but I suggest you put no more than half a tablespoon in a small bowl and use a brush to baste your food with it. It will be more than enough. I bet you will have a lot of it left over. A whole tablespoon is way too much! I use a Le Creuset grill pan which is a top quality grill pan. I cannot speak for other grill pans, but a quality grill pan will not require much oil. Also remember, to preheat your grill pan fully, and apply the oil to your food and NOT to the pan.

    I use this in my hair in combination with jojoba oil to help hydrate it, usually while it’s still wet after a shower. After I brush it through and let my hair air dry it becomes extremely soft and hydrated. Buying the oil food grade like this is the best possible bang for your buck you can find. I highly recommend it. Also this oil is not very heavy like coconut oil can be in your hair, it is actually quite light and makes your hair feel that way too. Just keep in mind the bottle is kind of unwieldy to try to use for this purpose, so I would advise getting a little plastic one from the dollar store or using an old bottle from a different hair tonic you might have lying around, the latter is what I did. Also it basically has no smell, so that is a plus for this purpose.

    I cook almost every day and this is my go-to oil. I would purchase it at our local grocery store but when the pandemic happened it was sold out. I was happy to have found it on Amazon. It is also a great price. The oil is very light and you cannot taste it in your food. If you purchase this oil you will not be disappointed. This is a very large container so it should last you a while.
