I just made these for me. They are great. No phony sugar taste. My husband even grabbed 2. He said they were pretty good, too. And he doesn’t like any of my “keto diet” foods. The coconut sugar in them does the trick. I added some nuts because I like nuts and the muffins baked up just like on the label. I’ve already ordered more to give as gifts to my other keto gals. I’ve also ordered some of their other products to try. Hope they are as good as these. And they were incredibly easy to make.

I recently started a GF diet and started trying out Simple Mills products. The banana bread mix was my first try. I was quite impressed with the outcome. One thing to keep in mind, since the flour does not rise, the quantity is less compared to a regular mix. I add a real banana and zazz it up with some extra vanilla extract and nuts and the result is amazing. I try to stock this up in my pantry as it has become my new GF favorite snack.

I’ve just bought one box and made it right away…. Fantastic choice! I made my muffins using coconut oil and 1 cup of buttermilk instead of regular water. I add some blueberries as well. I backed for almost 30 min in 350. It came out great.

I am the only gluten free member of my household- but everybody in my house hold loves it when I make this bread. I use avocado oil as the oil and then add one ripe mashed banana, half cup of chopped walnuts (I buy organic in bulk from Costco), a few spoons of chopped cacao nibs, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. I read on the box you could also add chia seeds- which would be a wonderful addition to add some additional protein, good fat, and fiber to the bread!I normally bake about 15 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered at 325 and that seems to work well for our old oven, although I would keep an eye on it as I have burnt the bottom before. The taste is wonderful, and the ingredients are very good quality as well (as are most the simple mills brand products) ! I believe you do need to store in the fridge, we normally finish a loaf in 2-3 days and it holds up in the fridge great! Do note that if you are prone to bloating/ on a low fodmap diet- almond flour (the top ingredient in this mix) is a high fodmap food and should be avoided during the elimination phase as you try to determine your sensitivities.

My absolute favorite Banana Muffin mix! I am celiac and have gotten my homemade breads and baked good recipes down to a science that most people I share food with don’t even realize what they’re eating is gluten free. I mastered a GF banana muffin/bread on my own without mix, but Simple Mills was always a little bit more moist and overall better. They’re easy in a pinch, save time, and taste great. I feel good about the ingredients I am consuming. I use avocado oil and it works great. Amazon’s price is usually right on target with Legman’s, +/- $1. I always keep this mix in my Amazon cart and if the price drops, I buy, even if I have some on the pantry shelf already.

Been on Keto for a few months now and long for baked goods. I made the banana with coconut oil and the chocolate with vegetable oil. Both were good, but the coconut oil made ALL the difference…moist and fluffy and slightly sweeter. I’m thrilled with this guilt-free low carb product. Of course, they’re not as sweet as the real thing, but they’re very tasty and the taste doesn’t have that fake-sweetener flavor and the texture isn’t very grainy at all like other Keto mixes. This will be a staple in my pantry. Also my very picky non-keto 11yr liked the chocolate cake; that’s REALLY saying something!!

I’m not really into almond flour or many substitutions. But this bread mix has to be my new go to favorite. Doesn’t have any bad after taste like I usually get with almond flour. Good moisture as well, not to dry.I mixed up the recipe a bit, added about a 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1 packet of apple sauce, some raw dry oats and a few chocolate chips in the mix. Definitely a must try!

These are undoubtedly the best muffins I’ve ever had I think. I added a tsp of chia seeds, put a few chocolate chips on half of them (for the hard days lol) and ate one hot right out of the oven because the smell was paralyzing.. make sure you let them cool completely before eating as they’ll stick to the paper (I didn’t care). Only downfall is I’m scared to let them cool down in the open because I may eat more. I’m freezing the rest and going to treat myself once a week-legit cannot wait until next time as I’ve been sweet deprived. After this going to try something else and cannot wait.

I’m pre-diabetic and this is the lowest net carb muffin I could find… I have one problem with this product. If I eat the entire box worth in one sitting I don’t think it would count as low carb. These are delicious, I cut up some slices of banana and put them in the mix so I get a couple with every muffin and they were amazing. These do not taste low carb, they just taste amazing! If you’re on the fence about this product just buy it before I hoard them all for myself.

The best GF/DF & grain free/Paleo muffin mix I have found yet. I add nuts and monk fruit chocolate chips and make a decadent treat. I also mash a banana into the banana muffin mix. I use them as a quick breakfast or as a treat at night. Will never stop buying these mixes. Taste great cold from the fridge or heated up in the microwave. So glad for Simple Mills!!!
