It does as exactly as promised and it was delicious but short lived. We gobbled them up quickly. I highly recommend this but buy two boxes because they are that tasty.

I’m trying to lower my A1C so I’ve been changing my diet that excludes white flour and white sugar. This product is convenient, the taste is very nice, texture is nice. It’s not like a white four cookie but it is a very nice substitute. And I am losing weight while still enjoying a chocolate chip cookie!

Refined sugar free, gluten free, low glycemic index – these simple mills cookie mixes check all the boxes. My only complaint is that I wish there were more services per container. For the price, the end amount of cookies feels a bit skimpy. I often make two boxes at once. Also makes delicious raw cookie dough if you make with a flax egg instead of the egg specified in the ingredients.

This mix makes the VERY BEST chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever eaten, regardless of paleo or not! They’re easy to make due to needing to add just butter/oil, milk and vanilla extract to the mix – very clear instructions. I’ver tried Simple Mills ready made cookies, two kinds, and found them to be literally inedible. I wish they’d offer a pecan version of the mix and skip the ready made ones. Most of their other mixes are fantastic as well. I didn’t care for the pizza dough or the vanilla cake mixes.

As a diabetic, it’s tough finding cookies that “work”. Most either taste like sand, or are going to mess up your blood sugar in a pretty big way. Not these. They actually have a really nice taste and texture, and don’t have much effect on blood sugar. They are also really really simple (and quick) to make. Add milk (I use coconut milk), olive oil, and vanilla. Mix it up, and then throw it in the oven. Done. One tip: they say to cook it for about 10 min. I cook it for at least double that. As written, the instructions will produce very dough-ey, soft cookies. Cooking them for 20+ min gives you crispier, (to me nicer) cookies.

Probably the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had!! I’ve tried a lot of cookies in my life, but these blew me awayyyy! Wish the package would be bigger for that price though.

These are so good their are addicting. What I like about them is they are very easy to make. I have added peanut butter to make them more like a peanut butter cookie. They come out a little softer and so you have be more care with them but they taste like a peanut butter cookie. Got them on my subscribe and save list. Great when you crave something sweet.

I don’t normally do boxes mixes, but this stuff is amazing! Super easy/simple to whip up when I need a cookie fix. It’s nice to have a couple different options how to mix it up, but my favorite is with coconut oil and almond milk. I freeze up a few dough pucks and pop them in my toaster oven for a fresh, warm cookie. So good!
