Seller Business Terms

1. Independent Business Relationship

The applicant is seeking access to ANM Marketplace as an independent business. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint ownership between the seller and ANM Marketplace LLC, Mokwe Enterprise LLC, VeriEntity, or another affiliated business unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

2. Curated U.S. Artisan Eligibility

ANM is a curated marketplace. A U.S. registration, LLC, EIN, registered-agent address, bank account, mailing address, or other U.S. administrative presence alone does not establish seller eligibility. The actual business owner/operator must operate the seller business from within the United States and must satisfy ANM's artisan/maker criteria.

ANM may request documentation reasonably necessary to review business identity, operating location, ownership, production activity, and product eligibility. False, misleading, incomplete, altered, or unverifiable information may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent loss of eligibility.

3. Artisan / Maker Standards

ANM is intended for qualifying makers, artisans, and businesses that create, produce, substantially craft, or meaningfully transform the goods they sell. Resale-only operations and businesses that merely route finished third-party products through a U.S. business entity do not satisfy the current artisan standard.

ANM may publish additional category-specific maker standards and may determine whether a product or seller fits the marketplace.

4. VeriEntity Verification

Seller participation requires business verification through VeriEntity and continued compliance with applicable verification requirements. Verification status may be displayed to buyers and used by ANM as one part of seller eligibility and marketplace trust controls. VeriEntity may have separate activation, renewal, or service fees.

5. ANM-Compatible ECO Business Site

Before selling access is activated, the seller must have an ANM-compatible independent ECO business site built through the approved ANM/Mokwe business ecosystem and connected to the marketplace's native commerce system. An unrelated third-party storefront does not replace this requirement.

The seller authorizes the connected systems to exchange product, inventory, order, fulfillment, and other commerce data required to operate the marketplace connection.

6. Fees, Processing Costs, and No Sales Commission

ANM's seller business model uses a recurring business membership or service fee rather than an ANM percentage commission on merchandise sales, unless a future written agreement expressly states otherwise. The applicable monthly business fee and any onboarding, website, verification, or other required service charges will be disclosed before activation or before the seller is obligated to pay them.

The seller is responsible for applicable payment-processing fees, chargebacks, reversals, taxes, shipping costs, and other seller-side transaction expenses identified in ANM policies or processor terms.

7. Five-Day Approval Payment Requirement

If ANM approves an application and issues an approval/payment notice, the seller must pay all fees identified as required for activation within five (5) calendar days after that notice unless ANM provides a different deadline in writing.

Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the application being rejected or the conditional approval being withdrawn. The applicant may also be marked ineligible to reapply or receive future approval unless ANM grants a written exception.

ANM may require a new application, updated verification, a new review, or payment of then-current fees before considering any later request to participate.

8. Seller Account Activation

Submitting an application does not create a seller login, storefront, listing rights, payout rights, or selling privileges. Conditional approval does not activate selling. Seller access is activated only after ANM confirms that required review gates and required payments have been completed.

9. Product Information and Seller Responsibility

The seller is responsible for accurate product descriptions, materials, ingredients where applicable, country-of-origin information where required, pricing, inventory, safety information, legal compliance, intellectual-property rights, shipping information, and other claims made about the seller's products.

ANM may remove or restrict products or sellers that do not meet marketplace rules, legal requirements, safety expectations, verification standards, or the curated marketplace mission.

10. Orders, Fulfillment, Refunds, and Disputes

Sellers are responsible for their seller-owned order lines and fulfillment obligations shown in the ANM seller system. Marketplace-wide buyer protection, refunds, disputes, tracking, payout adjustments, and related operational rules may apply in addition to these terms.

11. Membership Billing and Cancellation

If the seller enrolls in recurring paid services, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method must be disclosed before billing information is submitted. The seller authorizes recurring charges only after affirmatively enrolling in the applicable paid service. Cancellation ends future recurring charges subject to any amounts already due and any separate service commitments expressly accepted by the seller.

12. Suspension, Rejection, and Marketplace Access

ANM may reject, suspend, restrict, or close a seller relationship for failure to satisfy eligibility, verification, payment, product, fulfillment, security, trust, legal, or marketplace-policy requirements. When reasonably possible, ANM will identify the principal reason for a seller-status decision in the seller record or notice.

13. Electronic Acceptance and Records

By checking the seller-terms acceptance box and submitting the seller application, the applicant electronically accepts the version of these Seller Business Terms displayed at the time of submission. ANM may retain the agreement version, acceptance timestamp, IP address, and related technical record as evidence of acceptance.

14. Changes to Seller Terms

ANM may update seller terms prospectively. Material changes affecting active sellers will be communicated through the seller account, email, or another reasonable business notice method. Continued use after a required effective date may be conditioned on acceptance of updated terms.
