ANM reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendors that engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity.
5. Digital Products

- All digital sales may be final unless otherwise stated
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility
- Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of digital products is prohibited
Verified Business sellers may receive special designation based on internal review.
6. Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
ANM Marketplace does not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to:
- Hold payments in cases of dispute
- Reverse transactions in case of fraud
- Charge service or marketplace fees to vendors
7. Shipping & Local Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by sellers or delivery partners.
ANM Marketplace is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect address entries
- Losses caused by force majeure events
For local delivery services, additional terms may apply.
8. Returns & Refunds

Customers must review each product’s return policy before purchasing.
ANM Marketplace may mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.
9. Prohibited Activities

- Upload malicious software
- Engage in scams or deceptive conduct

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
