About USA House of Crystals

USA House of Crystals LLC is a Phoenix, Arizona crystal house created to make beautiful crystals, stones, spiritual tools, jewelry, altar items, candles, oils, and meaningful gifts easier to discover and enjoy.

What began as a deep love for crystals, spiritual products, natural stones, and the energy behind them grew into a full store built around care, education, affordability, and personal service. Every order matters to us. We do not see crystals as ordinary products being placed into a box. We understand that many customers choose them for personal intentions, spiritual growth, protection, meditation, collecting, gifting, confidence, comfort, remembrance, or simply because a particular piece speaks to them.

Our inventory includes natural stones, carvings, towers, spheres, jewelry, wire-wrapped pieces, crystal sets, candles, oils, sage, Palo Santo, altar items, gifts, wholesale cases, and many other spiritual and decorative products. Because crystals and stones are natural materials, each piece may have its own color, pattern, markings, inclusions, shape, texture, and personality. Those differences are part of what makes every item unique.

We prepare orders carefully and package them with the understanding that once they leave our hands, they are traveling to their new home. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped through USPS. We do not ship on Sundays or postal holidays. Tracking information is provided when an order is packed and marked as shipped.

Customer care is one of the most important parts of our business. We work to provide clear product descriptions, secure packaging, order updates, tracking, account access, pickup and delivery options when available, wholesale access for approved businesses, and support when questions arise.

We also created our Daily Crystal Spin and Store Credit Wallet as a way to thank customers for returning and supporting our store. Eligible signed-in customers may spin once per calendar day to earn promotional store credit. Credit is optional at checkout, must be selected by the customer, and expires 30 days after it is earned. The system is designed to reward new, recurring, loyal, and VIP customers based on their verified purchase history and activity.

USA House of Crystals also supports resellers, gift shops, spiritual businesses, vendors, and other approved trade customers through our wholesale program. Wholesale customers can view trade prices, case quantities, minimum order requirements, stock, and case totals directly through the wholesale portal.

We believe customers deserve fair prices, accurate information, natural products presented honestly, and service that feels personal. We do not make medical promises or guarantee spiritual outcomes. Crystals, stones, oils, candles, herbs, and spiritual products are offered for decorative, collectible, cultural, educational, meditation, personal, and spiritual use.
