By accessing or using ANM Marketplace, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and in accordance with these terms and other policies referenced by the Legal & Policy Center.
Marketplace Role
ANM Marketplace provides marketplace infrastructure that may include ANM-owned products and products offered by independent seller businesses.
Where an independent seller owns the product, that seller is responsible for the accuracy of its listing and the fulfillment obligations associated with its seller order.
Accounts and Orders
- Provide accurate account, shipping and payment information.
- Do not misuse another person's account or identity.
- Review order information before submitting a purchase.
- Understand that multivendor purchases may arrive in separate shipments.
Changes and Enforcement
ANM may update marketplace features, policies and account controls. Accounts or transactions involving fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct or legal risk may be restricted, reviewed or cancelled where permitted.
