Buyer Responsibilities

Review Factors
ANM may review order records, seller fulfillment records, carrier tracking, marketplace messages, photographs, packing evidence, payment information and other relevant documentation.

Possible Outcomes
Depending on the circumstances, ANM may deny a claim, request additional evidence, facilitate seller resolution, record a refund or adjustment, restrict an account or take another action allowed by marketplace policy.
