Seller Relationship
Approved sellers operate as independent businesses using ANM Marketplace infrastructure. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership or agency unless separately agreed in writing.
Seller Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate business and verification information.
- List only products the seller is authorized to offer.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing and inventory.
- Fulfill seller orders assigned to the business.
- Provide accurate carrier and tracking information.
- Respond to order-related buyer communication.
- Comply with marketplace policies and applicable law.
Marketplace Responsibilities
ANM provides marketplace infrastructure, order routing, seller tools, records and seller accounting functions according to the services then available.
Payouts
Seller earnings are calculated through ANM seller accounting and are subject to applicable fees, reserves, refunds, disputes and adjustments. Current seller operations use scheduled biweekly business checks.
Suspension and Termination
ANM may restrict, suspend or terminate seller access for fraud, prohibited products, repeated fulfillment failures, verification problems, abusive conduct, legal risk or material policy violations.
