Cancellation Requests
Cancellation availability depends on order status, fulfillment progress and the responsible seller's ability to stop shipment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

After Fulfillment Begins
Once a seller has packed, shipped or otherwise materially begun fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available. The buyer may instead need to follow the applicable return or refund process.

Marketplace Safety
ANM may cancel or restrict orders involving suspected fraud, prohibited transactions, payment problems, inventory errors or other marketplace risks where permitted.
