General Rule
Sellers may not use ANM Marketplace to offer unlawful, dangerous, deceptive or otherwise prohibited products or services.

Examples
- Illegal goods or services.
- Counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Items requiring licenses or restrictions the seller cannot lawfully satisfy.
- Misleading health, safety or performance claims.
- Products ANM determines create unacceptable marketplace, legal or safety risk.

Enforcement
ANM may remove listings, restrict selling privileges, request documentation, suspend a seller or report activity when required by law.
