Seller-Specific Returns
Because ANM is a multivendor marketplace, return instructions may depend on the seller responsible for the product. Seller-specific terms may add requirements but cannot remove rights provided by applicable law or ANM policy.
Before Returning an Item
- Review the seller and marketplace return information.
- Contact the responsible seller through ANM when order-specific communication is needed.
- Do not return an item to a different seller or to ANM unless instructed.
Refund Records
ANM may maintain marketplace refund records and seller-level accounting adjustments. A marketplace refund record does not necessarily mean an external payment processor has completed a funds transfer unless the applicable payment integration confirms it.
Excluded or Limited Returns
Certain products may have lawful return limitations based on condition, customization, hygiene, perishability or other product-specific factors. Any limitation must be disclosed and consistent with applicable law.
