Seller Refund Responsibilities

Seller-Level Responsibility

ANM may track a refund or return against the seller order responsible for the affected products rather than rewriting unrelated portions of a multivendor parent order.

Seller Cooperation

• Respond to legitimate order concerns.
• Provide requested fulfillment or product evidence.
• Correct seller-caused order mistakes when appropriate.
• Follow ANM instructions for approved return or refund cases.

Payout Adjustments

If a refund affects unpaid seller earnings, ANM may apply the adjustment before the seller check is completed. If the affected check was already paid, ANM may carry the adjustment into future seller accounting.
