Fulfillment Responsibility
A seller is responsible only for the seller-order portion assigned to its business. ANM and other sellers fulfill their own order groups separately.

Packaging
- Use packaging appropriate to protect the product in ordinary transit.
- Do not place another seller's products into your fulfillment group unless authorized by ANM.
- Include required business or order documentation when applicable.

Carrier and Tracking
When shipping an order, the seller should enter the shipment carrier and tracking number through the seller order controls so the buyer and marketplace can identify the shipment.
Tracking information must correspond to the package containing that seller's products.

Delays and Problems
Sellers should communicate material fulfillment delays through ANM and cooperate with order investigations when delivery information is disputed.
